In the Sixties I smoked Marijuana. I helped start NORML, the Paraphernalia Industry and Head shops in America. During this period of time I opposed the war in Vietnam for the right reasons as did Martin Luther King. But I NEVER blamed our soldiers for following orders and being forced to fight in a foreign land in an illegal war. The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are illegal wars to steal the oil in Iraq (the pipeline runs to Israel) and our soldiers are protecting the opium poppy fields in Afghanistan in much the same way as we did in the Golden Triangle. The War on Drugs was just as much a war on the American People as the war on Terror is a war against all (Americans Included) who oppose One World Government! The Communists are here, they are in control and Obama is this century’s Stalin or Mao. Communism is about control and they use any means, legal and illegal, to enslave a population.

Prohibition was financed by Rockefeller to destroy Big Oil’s competition, The American Farmers, who were growing corn, making alcohol to run their Model A and Ts and tractors. They made our grandfathers into criminals. They labeled them moonshiners or bootleggers for doing something they had been doing for generations and adapted their drinking alcohol to run the new modern equipment. After Prohibition was repealed, there was a Standard oil station on every corner in every town in America. They have done the same thing to young Americans this last century!

Hemp was our number one cash crop above corn, wheat and cotton. Until Dupont, funded by the banksters (Mellon), got the patent on Nylon and rayon. They then used their Illuminati tool William Randolph Hearst, the man behind Hearst Castle, an important figure from the twentieth century whose influence extended to publishing, politics, Hollywood, the art world to demonize Marijuana and hemp. After the Federal Reserve took over our money supply and began to run America into a hole with World War One, the Communists stole our number one cash crop and began growing it in the Soviet Union and China. They allowed Canada and Mexico to continue growing it so they could make the money off it being illegal the same way Al Capone, the Kennedys and Bronfmans did with Alcohol.

The Cartels bringing the Heroin, Cocaine and pot into this country using the influx of illegals were created and controlled by the Mossad, CIA, and KGB. (See the Col. Cutolo document on Operation Watchtower here. Your son gets busted for something Bush and Obama ALLOW to come across the border! Border Patrol agents Nacho Ramos and Jose Campeon are the latest law enforcement personnel to be penalized for doing their job and got sentenced to ten years for interfering with the drug cartels!

Keep this in mind while reading this article. When a Communist regime takes over a country, they go after the farmers first, the intelligencia next and the police and veterans still loyal to the old regime: Those of us who still support our oath to the Constitution.

1. 1 in every 31 Americans currently is in prison, on parole or probation. That is more of our citizens than any other Communist Country including Red China with 3 times our population. The reason is that we put people into prison camps for what our government assists in bring in, protecting and supplying! Many prisons are private commercial operations. Even our police forces are being privatized by front companies like Blackwater and Wackenhut. These are the well-trained, disciplined troops they plan to use against us when their plan for conquest finally comes out into the open among the average programmed American and we start to rebel.

Imagine if you could plant some marijuana seeds in your backyard or create a field of hemp on your farm and grow hemp here without fear of arrest! We would not have more than the 2 million Americans in our jails currently! NO Drug cartels warring for territory, and no fat cat politicians like Bush raking in their huge cut of the action. We could put our farms and factories back to work processing the ten thousand products we can create from hemp. You want to get a buzz, go out in your back yard and pick a leaf and a bud. No dangerous excursion into a bad, gang infested neighborhood. We could allow our police to devote themselves to arresting real criminals indicted by an honest grand jury system. Ayn Rynd writing in Atlas Shrugged had it right. “Government has no power over honest citizens so they have to make criminals out of us!”

You have been programmed by TV and Hollywood to think of us smokers as “the bad guys”, “pot heads” and druggies. That is the real “REEFER MADNESS”.

Educate yourself. I am not ashamed of my son. I am proud that he is standing up anf fighting a cruel and unjust law sponsored by the real criminals. We DO have a drug problem! Over 50% of Americans are on drugs, real drugs and it is killing them. 20,000 a year die of Pharmaceutical drugs written by the real drug dealers, doctors, working for Big Pharma. I would rather my son smoke pot than get a vaccine. 50 people died from taking Aspirin last year. Know how many died from Marijuana? ZERO! Marijuana is a plnat, not a drug. For it to be a crime, someone has to be injured. The use of our drug laws to imprision Americans is the real crime. There is no NO CORPUS DELICTI!

Religious Freedom

Freedom of Religion is a topic that was once fought for and helped to establish the USA. Today, I am being tried for something that has been a part of my family’s religion for generations. Religious Cannabis is nothing new, actually it has been around since before written history. The use of the plant in rituals, ceremonies, communion and prayer is mandated by my God as with many other religions around the world (Rastafarian's for example). Who should be able to control the growth and possession of a plant that is so healing (As the US Patent for Medical Marijuana states) and spiritually enlightening, not to mention a plant that George Washington said " ...sow it everywhere." A doctor is able to prescribe hundreds of patients a day medicinal marijuana; who is to tell me I cannot use Marijuana/ Cannabis as a religious sacrament in the privacy of my own home? If anything why don't we try citing the millions of people addicted to much more dangerous over the counter drugs sold legally everyday. This is a plant that's use dates back to 8000 BC in Ancient China where Shamans were using it the same way I do today.
